Cefpovet Dry Syrup

Composition
After reconstitution each 5ml contains
Cefpodoxime proxetil (with 30ml distilled water for reconstitution)- 100mg
3rd generation cephalosporin

Indication
Treatment of skin infection such as pyoderma, folliculitis, pododermatitis etc ..
Upper and lower respiratory tract infection.
Gastro intestinal infection.
Useful in oral continuation therapy after intravenous cephalosporin administration(follow up to ceftriaxone injection)
Once daily dosing can be done due to long half life period.

5-10 mg/kg bw OD
